Who has to use RO e-Transport?
Obtaining the UTI code has also became mandatory in 2024, also for international road transport on Romanian territory in the cases below, for all goods, not just for those with fiscal risk.
The reporting obligation occurs in the case of:
● to the Romanian supplier, for deliveries of goods with fiscal risk on the national territory, having a value greater than 10,000 RON or a weight greater than 500 kg, with vehicles over 2.5 tons
● to the recipient listed in the import customs declaration, respectively to the sender listed in the export customs declaration, in the case of goods that are the subject of import or export operations
● the beneficiary from Romania, in the case of intra-community purchases of goods
● the supplier from Romania, in the case of intra-community deliveries of goods
● the depositary, in the case of goods that are the subject of intra-Community transactions in transit
